Apartment Maintenance Technician - Work Orders / Unit Turns / Grounds

Maintain and service multifamily properties by handling resident service requests, completing unit turns and preventive maintenance, painting and basic repairs, and keeping grounds well-groomed. Responsibilities include after-hours/on-call coverage, responding to 24-hour emergency requests, managing maintenance inventory, and performing snow removal and seasonal tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming community. Works under the Site Manager or Maintenance Supervisor, participates in ongoing training, and applies customer-service skills to effectively address resident needs while prioritizing multiple work orders and using basic maintenance knowledge (plumbing, repairs, and related tasks). Must bring own tools, be capable with basic grounds equipment, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication abilities for a fast-paced environment.
