Job Summary
Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs for the 260-unit Westport on the Lake community while providing exceptional customer service. Execute work involving appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks using provided Milwaukee tool kits and Klein equipment. Maintain tolerance for all weather extremes and adhere to the on-call maintenance schedule. This role supports Seldin Company's mission to preserve and nurture its Omaha presence through quality real estate management services.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
- A background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license
