Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs for residents at The Edge Apartments in Abilene, TX. Provide exceptional customer service while handling appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks. Work independently with a provided tool kit including drills, multimeters, and moisture readers. Maintain availability for an on-call maintenance schedule. Experience in maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work is required, along with the ability to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
