Job Summary
Provide quality residential maintenance and customer service to tenants; perform preventative maintenance and respond to service requests, assist with inspections, and on-call emergency maintenance; maintain curb appeal and assist with snow removal; coordinate with Property Manager and vendors; require HVAC maintenance skills, electrical, plumbing, and grounds maintenance; knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations; must have High School Diploma or equivalent, HVAC certification, EPA designation, and a valid driver’s license; able to lift up to 100 pounds and pass background and drug screening; willing to work 24-hour on-call shifts.
Required Qualifications
