Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues across properties in Baldwin and Hart, MI. Respond promptly to maintenance work orders submitted by residents and team members while ensuring interiors and exteriors meet company standards and comply with applicable laws. Uphold safety protocols and fair housing regulations during all repairs. Full-time role with a 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday–Friday schedule, plus emergency hours as needed. Candidates must have proven experience in facilities or residential maintenance, including strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, welding, and plumbing. Background check required.
