Job Summary
Complete work orders for residents to ensure living spaces are well-maintained and comfortable. Work closely with the property manager to maintain an immaculate appearance at each site, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they escalate. Prepare units for new move-ins to create a welcoming environment for residents. Perform electrical repairs, plumbing, welding, and mechanical maintenance throughout Cedar Springs and Kent City. Schedule includes 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call availability for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in facilities or residential maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical repairs
- Strong working knowledge of welding
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing
- Ability to work throughout the Cedar Springs and Kent City area
- Must have the ability to pass a background check
