Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Universal CFC license
- Minimum 4 years related experience
- Experience in building maintenance
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Availability for emergency on-call rotation
- Ability to exert 25-50 pounds of force frequently
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills

- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT)
