Job Summary
Maintains routine property maintenance and upkeep, including unit turns and groundskeeping tasks. Responsible for daily repair and upkeep of the property, inventory and care of tools and supplies, preparing vacant units for occupancy, reporting unusual or extraordinary conditions, and ensuring a professional appearance and adherence to OSHA standards. Must be available on an on-call basis and able to perform snow removal as needed; role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and responsive service to residents. Certifications such as CAMT are helpful but not required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ property maintenance experience

- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) helpful
