Job Summary
Conduct resident service requests, troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues, and execute apartment turns for move-in experiences. Perform move-in/move-out inspections, manage vendor quality, and provide technical training to other team members. Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, 7-day weeks, and on-call shifts with a reliable vehicle for emergency responses. Requires two years of facilities maintenance experience and proficiency in multiple trades.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
- A reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours
- Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Maintenance experience preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
