Apartment Maintenance Technician

Organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers while ensuring cleaning of vacant units and the building. Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily. Keep the maintenance area neat and clean, coordinating with the Property Manager on purchasing parts and materials as needed. Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies. Ensure work orders are completed effectively and efficiently. This role requires two years of experience in maintenance, with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills, plus an HVAC certification is a plus. Attendance is an imperative job function.
