Apartment Maintenance Technician

Organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers while maintaining an accurate daily count of outstanding items for the Property Manager. Execute emergency repairs on call rotations and coordinate with management on purchasing parts and materials. Ensure the maintenance area remains neat and clean throughout the shift. Prior EPA Type 2 certification, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience, and two years in the field are required. Attendance is an imperative job function.
