Job Summary
Organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers while maintaining an accurate daily count of outstanding items for the Property Manager. Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs on call rotations for maintenance emergencies. Coordinate with management on purchasing parts and materials as needed. Keep the maintenance area neat and clean. Requires Type 2 HVAC certification, valid driver's license, and two years of relevant maintenance experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Two (2) years' experience in previous relevant maintenance field
- Minimum Type 2 HVAC certification preferred
- Ability to support and contribute to the team
- Positive attitude
- Neat, clean, and professional
- Attendance is an imperative job function
Desired Qualifications
- Prior apartment maintenance experience
- Well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Minimum Type 2 HVAC certification preferred
