Job Summary
Hands-on maintenance role across Monarch's properties in Omaha. Responsibilities include HVAC repair, make-readies, handling work orders, painting and staining, drywall and carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical, appliance diagnosis/repair, and managing a preventative maintenance program. Will float between seven properties, with coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell and seasonal tasks like snow removal and pool maintenance where applicable. Requires HVAC experience with EPA certification or boiler knowledge; pool experience with CPO preferred; strong customer service and safety orientation; on-site coordination with multiple teams and annual bonus opportunities. 40-hour workweek with on-call rotation, paid holidays and PTO, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent
- HVAC experience with EPA certification and/or boiler system knowledge
- pool experience with CPO certification preferred
- basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliances
