Job Summary
Complete resident service requests in a timely manner; perform apartment turns and general repairs; troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances; complete painting, drywall, and light carpentry work; assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep; maintain organization and safety within the maintenance shop; participate in the on-call rotation schedule.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of apartment or facility maintenance experience preferred
- EPA certification, HVAC/Boiler, or CPO certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work Monday–Friday 8AM – 4:30PM
- Ability to work on-call 1 week every 6 weeks
- Skills assessment required during the interview process
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required (THC is not tested for)
