Job Summary
Complete work orders based on priority and turn units ready between tenant occupancy. Perform repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC. Assist with preventative maintenance, exterior structural work, grounds maintenance, and pool upkeep. Cover the 24/7 emergency on-call system with a rotation of one week every three weeks. This role is based at The Oaks at Prairie View Apartments in Kansas City, MO. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Universal certification
- Valid Driver's License
- reliable transportation
- A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties
- pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check
- drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in the maintenance field
- 3+ years experience in HVAC
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Light plumbing and electrical experience
- Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
- CPO Certification
