Job Summary
Conduct apartment maintenance for two Westcal properties in Marysville and Yuba City, handling lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and pool upkeep. Deliver prompt, professional responses to tenant service requests while maintaining a clean driving record and passing required background and drug screenings. Provide flexible after-hour coverage for maintenance calls. Full-time employment with biweekly pay, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, 401k, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in various aspects of applicable to property maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, prompt and professional response to tenant service requests
- Demonstrated experience in lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and/or pool maintenance
- Flexible availability to cover after-hour maintenance calls
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass criminal background check and non-DOT drug screen
- Good communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality customer care
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
