Job Summary
Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances while knocking out work orders and preventive maintenance. Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming, and perform basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks including door/window replacement, drywall repair, and appliance troubleshooting. Assess safety for residents and staff during all tasks and participate in on-call rotation when the community needs you most. Provide helpful, friendly support during resident interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance know-how across multiple trades (HVAC / EPA certification preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliability and a customer-first attitude
- Team spirit and willingness to jump in where needed
