Apartment Maintenance Technician - Link Apartments® Montford - 1,500 sign-on Bonus

Full-time Service Technician for Link Apartments Montford. Responsibilities include HVAC & plumbing maintenance, apartment turns (painting, cleaning, repairs), completing resident work orders (often within 24 hours), pool maintenance compliant with local codes, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Participate in a rotating 24-hour emergency maintenance call schedule. Requires 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and (preferred) Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain. Strong mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, and a professional, resident-focused demeanor are essential; ability to work evenings/weekends and to use hand tools is required.
