Job Summary
Diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex repairs across building systems while responding to resident service requests in a timely manner. Perform preventative maintenance, scheduled inspections, and apartment turnovers within established timelines. Maintain accurate work order documentation using mobile software and participate in an on-call rotation for emergency issues. Assist with vendor coordination and ensure all safety procedures and OSHA requirements are followed. Requires at least two years of maintenance experience with working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Required Qualifications
