Job Summary
Make apartments ready between tenants, handle on-site maintenance calls, and perform preventative maintenance. Paint and stain both interior and exterior applications. Requires EPA or HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Schedule includes at least 40 hours per week with an on-call rotation of one week every four weeks. Monarch offers a quarterly bonus up to $750, a $200 on-call bonus, and a tool reimbursement program. We are committed to training employees well and promoting from within.
