Job Summary
Complete daily service requests, punch outs, cut outs, and preventive maintenance. Turn vacant apartments into move-in ready homes by performing plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance repairs. Clear drains, remove bulk trash, maintain grounds, and safely perform rooftop work while tracking inventory and documenting job progress. Communicate issues with your supervisor and adhere to OSHA, Fair Housing laws, and safety rules. Work scheduled hours, weekends, and overtime as needed, including after-hour service rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Are you HVAC certified? GREAT, if not, must be willing to get certified.
- Are you CPO certified? Even better! If not, must be wiling to get certified, We will pay!
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfort using hand tools, power tools, paint equipment, ladders, and safety gear.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, or snow.
- Availability to work scheduled hours, weekends, and overtime when needed.
- After hour service rotation part of job.
