Job Summary
Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs while providing exceptional customer service to residents. Manage appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks independently, adhering to an on-call maintenance schedule. Tolerance for all extremes of hot and cold weather is required. This full-time role at Glacier Ridge Apartments offers up to $21.00 an hour with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
