Job Summary
Complete apartment turns for make-ready units and perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property. Oiling door knobs, locks, hinges, and gates; repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replace carpet and wood flooring as needed, and install or repair electrical outlets, plugs, and light switches. Sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas while painting surfaces and collecting trash. Monitor maintenance inventory, inspect fire safety equipment, and coordinate specialized contractor repairs. Assist with tenant lockouts and perform other assigned duties. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, $20.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with apartment turns (make-ready units)
- Basic HVAC knowledge
- Basic plumbing experience
- Ability to perform general maintenance and repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable with the ability to work independently
