Job Summary
Diagnose and repair occupied residential issues including appliance failures, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, lighting, hardware, painting, and drywall. Perform on-call duties once properly trained and operate power equipment such as saws, drills, and door locks. Must be able to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and possess reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. HVAC certification is preferred or obtainable at company expense. This role reports directly to the Community Manager at Aspen Village, a 922-unit property in Cincinnati, OH, where Fath Properties was recently awarded Top Workplaces 2025.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
- Plumbing and electrical experience
- Leadership skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Able to lift 75 lbs
- Able to climb ladders and steps
- Must be able to operate power equipment such as saws, drills
- Must be able to operate door locks
- Pre-employment drug screen required
