Job Summary
Oversee repair and maintenance of property buildings, including timely installation of mechanical equipment and upkeep of electrical systems. Supervise other maintenance employees, lead special projects, and perform skilled maintenance tasks while ensuring premises remain clean and hygienic per safety policies. Work independently on routine projects with assistance for complex tasks, occasionally working overtime for emergencies. Requires three years of property maintenance experience and proficiency in specific trades.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years experience in property maintenance
- Proficient in a specific trade with general maintenance and repair skills
- Knowledge of tools, techniques, and terminology of building and mechanical trades
- Strong knowledge of accident and safety precautions
- Knowledge and experience using a variety of tools and equipment to complete tasks
- Great organization and project management skills
- Able to implement and improve policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
- Being knowledgeable in Yardi Software and Realpage a plus
