Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Ellyn Crossing responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances; performing basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks; ensuring common areas are safe and welcoming; providing friendly resident support; and participating in on-call rotation. Must handle preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and contribute to safety and quality in community spaces. Requires multi-trade maintenance capability, strong problem-solving, reliability, customer-first attitude, and team collaboration. Experience with HVAC and EPA certification is preferred. Schedule is 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday with rotating on-call duties; located at Glendale Heights, IL. Required Qualifications
