Job Summary
Maintain community exterior grounds and common areas through daily cleaning, pool chemical inspections, trash removal, and snow shoveling. Perform light preventive maintenance in units and hallways, complete general work orders, and conduct routine inspections of lighting and safety detectors. Safeguard equipment and inventory while adhering to cost controls, and respond to resident requests with courteous, timely service. Mitigate risk via routine safety inspections and follow emergency procedures, including availability for natural disaster assistance. Requires a valid driver's license, 1+ year of residential experience, and a high school diploma. Full-time role at $24.00-26.00 with comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
