Job Summary
Lead Maintenance Technician will serve as the technical expert and lead for CHP's Townsquare at Dumfries, diagnosing and resolving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and structural issues; oversee preventative maintenance, lead apartment turns, mentor maintenance staff, coordinate vendor work, and manage work orders to ensure timely, quality repairs while promoting safety and accountability. The role includes on-call emergency response and leadership responsibilities across maintenance operations within the property.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Certification and/or relevant trade certifications
- Minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
