Job Summary
Complete service requests and maintenance repairs in occupied apartment homes, including troubleshooting HVAC systems, plumbing issues, appliances, and electrical components. Perform apartment turns, make-ready work, and maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems. Execute work orders accurately using mobile maintenance software while participating in emergency on-call rotation. Work independently with strong communication skills, utilizing mobile apps during scheduled shifts. Weekend and on-call availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple trades
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, and general maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to use mobile apps/work order systems on a smartphone during scheduled shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Weekend and on-call availability
Desired Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
