Job Summary
Maintain apartment communities including grounds, pool, and facilities; perform appliance repair, general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work; conduct regular inspections, complete and prioritize work orders, troubleshoot and repair routine electrical/plumbing/HVAC tasks, perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, assist with unit make-readies and grounds maintenance (including pools and snow removal); comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work area; participate in on-call rotation and related duties across Peterson Properties' properties. Strong customer service mindset and ability to multitask in a multi-family housing environment. EPA certification is preferred and tools (including smartphone or iPad) are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have multiple years of verifiable experience in a similar maintenance position for multi-family housing
- EPA Certification is preferred
- Must have your own basic tools including a smartphone or IPAD
