Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for electrical, basic HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other building systems; oversees maintenance and repairs, responds to work orders, and coordinates with the Property Manager. Supervises contractors and vendors, manages inventory and supplies, and handles grounds maintenance, pool operations in summer, and snow/ice management in winter. Includes on-call rotation and ensuring make-readies and unit turns are completed on schedule; requires ability to plan maintenance for building systems and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Adequate experience in apartment maintenance
