Job Summary
HVAC-focused maintenance role for AMLI Toscana Place in Davie, FL. Perform general and advanced maintenance repairs including HVAC troubleshooting, AC repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement; complete HVAC service, preventative maintenance, and system diagnostics to ensure resident comfort; restore make-ready conditions for vacated apartments with attention to detail; respond to service requests and participate in an on-call rotation (evenings/weekends); conduct inspections and assist with preventative maintenance including HVAC systems, pool care, exterior lighting, and filters; maintain an organized workspace and manage tools and inventory. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance, HVAC service, or building maintenance
- EPA Section 608 Certification required
- Experience with HVAC systems, AC repair, refrigerant handling, and preventative maintenance
- Availability for on-call and weekend rotation
