Job Summary

Lead, train, and guide maintenance staff throughout daily operations while completing and overseeing service requests to ensure timely, high-quality results. Coordinate and assist with make-readies, upgrades, and maintenance schedules, ensuring all work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently and accurately. Maintain organized inventory and ensure proper use of tools and equipment, while supporting the Property Manager with various maintenance projects and initiatives. Uphold community standards for safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction, and participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled. This role requires regular physical activity, including lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance, and most work occurs in an outdoor environment. Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 Years Previous Experience as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily housing
  • Valid HVAC Certification
  • Valid Drivers License
  • reliable transportation
  • Stable work history
  • A personal set of basic hand tools
  • Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians
  • Strong organizational skills
  • troubleshooting skills
  • time-management skills
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property
