Required Qualifications
- Proven work history of delivering responsible, high-quality maintenance services in the residential apartment industry or similar industry
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to be on call and work outside standard business hours
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and life safety systems
Desired Qualifications
- Universal EPA/CFC or CAMT Certification
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Previous experience with industry specific management software, such as Yardi
