Job Summary
Respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in. Conduct HVAC troubleshooting, drywall prep, electrical repairs, appliance upkeep, plumbing, and common area painting. Maintain property grounds cleanliness and assist with snow removal. Participate in rotating on-call coverage for evening, weekend, and holiday emergencies. Requires valid driver's license, vehicle, and 3-5 years of site maintenance experience. Located in Mechanicsburg, PA, with a Monday–Friday core schedule plus on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Demonstrated plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills
- Must be available on-call for emergencies on evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to troubleshoot minor electrical problems within various types of fixtures and equipment
- Must be able to work on ladders, lift to a height up to 85'
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in site maintenance
Desired Qualifications
- Some prior experience in residential maintenance
