Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant at Algarita Lakeside Apartments responsible for completing maintenance work orders, making-ready tasks, diagnosing and repairing basic HVAC and plumbing issues, maintaining pool equipment, preventative maintenance, and responding to emergency requests on an on-call rotation. Ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly. Qualifications include basic HVAC knowledge; EPA and pool certifications preferred; experience with apartment maintenance and work-order systems. Required Qualifications
- HVAC (EPA) certification preferred
- Pool certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing
