Apartment Maintenance Supervisor - San Diego, CA

Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for the community, diagnosing and completing service requests for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Manage and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion while supervising team members and overseeing apartment turns including scheduling, inspections, and quality control. Maintain pool, grounds, and common areas to company standards, coordinate vendors for specialized projects, and ensure preventative maintenance is completed consistently. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed while providing excellent customer service and communication with residents. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Requires valid driver's license, HVAC and CPO certification, and 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience. Monday through Friday schedule with on-call rotation.
