Apartment Maintenance Supervisor - Plano/Frisco, TX

Maintenance Supervisor leading and overseeing all maintenance operations for a large apartment community in the Plano/Frisco, TX area. Responsibilities include diagnosing and completing service requests (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances), managing and prioritizing work orders, overseeing apartment turns (scheduling, inspections, quality control), supervising maintenance team members, maintaining pools/grounds/common areas, coordinating vendors/contractors for larger projects, ensuring preventative maintenance is completed, managing inventory and supplies, delivering excellent resident service, and participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Requires HVAC certification, CPO certification, 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license.
