Job Summary
Handle all unit turns, work orders, and emergency on-call coverage for the 80-unit Northwind Apartments property. This hands-on role requires 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, with strong HVAC skills and a valid driver's license being essential. You will manage administrative tasks while prioritizing resident service and property upkeep. Full-time day shift hours run Monday through Friday, with 365/24/7 on-call availability supported by roving maintenance staff.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
- Strong HVAC experience
- 5+ years hands on experience
- EPA or HVAC certification
- Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
- Valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours
- on-call 365/ 24/7
- Full Time - Year Round work
