Requires HVAC and CPO certifications, 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience, and prior leadership or supervisory experience. Compensation: $28–$32 per hour based on experience, plus monthly performance bonus opportunities. Schedule: Monday–Friday with on-call rotation and after-hours emergencies.
