Job Summary
Hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at San Rafael Townhomes in St. Louis. You will lead and support the maintenance crew, complete service requests and work orders, oversee apartment make-readies and unit turns, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs, assist with painting and general property upkeep, implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs, and collaborate with the Property Manager on maintenance planning and budgeting. You’ll participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week every four weeks). Ideal candidates have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience with previous supervisory experience, strong HVAC troubleshooting/repair skills, and the ability to perform diverse repairs. EPA and/or CPO certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to handle plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
- EPA Certification preferred
- CPO Certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
