Job Summary
Oversee maintenance operations for a multi-family housing portfolio. Lead and coordinate on-site maintenance activities, perform and supervise HVAC-related tasks, drywalling, painting, and carpentry, and ensure timely completion of work orders. Participate in an on-call rotation with a weekly cadence, and support on-site property management goals. Conduct and facilitate a written skills maintenance test as part of the interview process. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, pre-employment screenings (criminal background check, drug screening), and maintain high standards of workmanship. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a multi-family housing environment
- HVAC or EPA Certification preferred
- CPO Certification preferred
- Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation
- Drywalling including painting and carpentry
