Job Summary
Fix maintenance issues in apartments and common areas, handle HVAC repairs and troubleshooting, and complete work orders quickly and safely. Perform painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs to get properties ready for new residents, while inspecting the property and keeping it looking great. Order supplies and schedule contractors, then help manage the maintenance team and share emergency on-call duties. This role requires a valid driver's license, EPA and HVAC certifications, and at least two years of apartment maintenance experience.
