Job Summary
Apartment Maintenance Manager for HHHunt’s Abberly Liberty Crossing: lead and supervise the maintenance team to deliver exceptional resident experiences, oversee preventative maintenance and timely repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, appliances, and structural systems, manage vendors, budgets, and inventories, and ensure grounds, amenities, and offices are maintained to wow residents. Responsibilities include directing daily tasks, following up to meet quality standards, and promoting a customer-focused service culture while coordinating with the team to diagnose and fix issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Maintenance Manager role for multifamily community
- EPA Certification required
- CPO Certification required
- Impeccable record-keeping and reporting skills
- Physical agility and mobility
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license
