Job Summary
Supervise maintenance employees and lead special projects while performing skilled repair tasks on electrical and mechanical systems. Ensure property upkeep aligns with safety policies and standards by inspecting facilities and maintaining cleanliness. Work independently on routine projects and assist with complex installations, occasionally working overtime for emergencies. Requires three years in property maintenance and proficiency in building trades.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years experience in property maintenance
- Proficient in a specific trade with general maintenance and repair skills
- Knowledge of tools, techniques, and terminology of building and mechanical trades
- Strong knowledge of accident and safety precautions
- Knowledge and experience using a variety of tools and equipment to complete tasks
- Great organization and project management skills
- Able to implement and improve policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
- Being knowledgeable in Yardi Software a plus
