Job Summary
The Apartment Maintenance Make Ready Technician is responsible for preparing vacant units for apartment turnover, ensuring the completion of work orders in a timely fashion, and performing routine preventive maintenance. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in maintenance, with preferred skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical repairs, appliance repair, installation, and carpentry. Other requirements include the ability to lift 50 lbs, having reliable transportation, owning tools, and being deadline and detail-oriented.
