Job Summary
Lead the maintenance staff and fulfill resident work orders, inspect the quality of maintenance work, set work order priorities, and provide support to the property manager. Role requires HVAC expertise (Type 2 HVAC certification) and EPA certification, with hands-on duties across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Must recruit, train, and develop staff, motivate the team, communicate effectively, and maintain professional standards to ensure reliable facility maintenance and resident satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Type 2 HVAC Cert required
- 3+ years minimum experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
