Job Summary
Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority and manage a 24/7 emergency cell phone coverage. Make Ready units between tenants by painting, staining, and performing exterior structural maintenance. Execute preventative maintenance programs while handling snow removal and adapting repairs for plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems. Requires HVAC or EPA certification, drywalling skills, and knowledge of copper piping, outlets, and light fixtures. Includes a physical demonstration of ability during the interview process.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC or EPA Certification required
- Drywalling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
- Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
- A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process
