Maintenance-focused role responsible for completing service orders, making-ready apartments, diagnosing and repairing basic HVAC/furnace/air conditioning issues, fixing plumbing leaks, maintaining pool equipment with safety compliance, and supporting general property upkeep. On-call for emergencies. Preferred HVAC (EPA) certification and pool certification. Ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.
