Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Civitas Senior Living (Stonecreek of Flying Horse) responsible for facility management, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to create a safe, comfortable living environment for residents. Core duties include daily walkthroughs to identify malfunctions, performing skilled maintenance on various systems, diagnosing and repairing equipment, managing parts costs with the Maintenance Director, coordinating preventive maintenance, keeping accurate records, delivering resident-focused service with empathy, and adhering to safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year as a Maintenance Tech, preferably in an apartment or multifamily environment.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Certifications or licenses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

- Residency within the State of Colorado is a condition of employment.
